From major software updates to new partnerships and industry-first integrations, 2025 was a landmark year for In-Parking. In cities across the U.S., we helped our clients unlock smarter, more connected parking systems without disrupting the vendors and tools they already rely on.
In this recap, we highlight the biggest wins of the year: updates to our SIGHT platform, new clients and partnerships, and the events and initiatives that shaped our industry presence. It’s a look back at how we played nice, integrated seamlessly, and continued to set ourselves apart in the parking technology landscape.
Major Updates to In‑Parking SIGHT
In 2025, In-Parking introduced several new features on the In-Parking SIGHT platform, adding powerful capabilities like occupancy comparison analytics, more granular dashboards, custom notifications/alerts, and role-based access control for better security and management.
We unveiled a new user interface for smarter parking management. The updated interface ensures that every piece of information is accessible with minimal clicks including visual dashboards, real-time analytics, and customizable reports.
In-Parking also introduced additional enhancements like user authentication/registration improvements and a refined user interface were introduced to streamline access for operators and stakeholders.
Also in 2025, In-Parking made it our goal to work alongside our clients, and organizations throughout the parking industry, to ensure they stay informed on the latest challenges and opportunities facing them as the industry evolves. This included strategies for effective technology integration, how to protect themselves from being charged for their own parking data, and integrating their solutions without interruption.

New Clients & Partnerships
Among the headline wins in 2025: a new partnership with the City of Tampa. Tampa is integrating SIGHT across its parking operations, including mobile payments, enforcement, revenue collection and more — giving the city a unified, data‑driven approach to parking management.
In-Parking also announced our partnership with the Fort Lee Parking Authority to modernize and optimize local parking operations using real-time data and cutting-edge analytics. This strategic collaboration is designed to elevate efficiency, enhance the parking experience, and empower Fort Lee to manage its parking assets more effectively.
In 2025, In‑Parking further strengthened its ecosystem by integrating SIGHT with key third‑party parking/payment/enforcement tools including Survision, Automotus, Passport, and more. These partnerships enable us to support the clients of each of these organizations, integrating our tool to empower each to maximize their clients’ parking data.
Looking Back
2025 wasn’t just another year of incremental upgrades for In‑Parking. It was a year where we:
- Proved that deep, meaningful data insight (not just hardware bells and whistles) is what delivers real value to parking operators.
- Demonstrated that a software-first, integration‑friendly approach can win clients in cities, airports, private garages, and more.
- Empowered our clients with the knowledge they need to protect their data, streamline their solution integrations, and limit operational friction and disruptions.
- Reinforced the brand promise: you don’t have to rip out what works. You can plug In‑Parking in. And get better visibility, smarter operations, and stronger returns without disrupting your vendor relationships.
What’s Next? And How to Get On Board
If 2025 is any indication, what’s coming next is even more exciting. Whether you manage city, campus, airport, or private parking operations, In‑Parking is building toward a future where data, flexibility, and integration define “smart parking.”
